Chief Architect, Mobile Center of Competency at IBM

Walter is the Chief Architect in IBM's Mobile Center of Competency. He received his MBA from the University Milton Keynes, UK and his PhD from the University Adelaide, Southern Australia. After founding and running a startup for eight years, he joined Sun Microsystems as a Principal Architect, and then started his tenure at IBM. He is responsible for the design and development of mobile solutions and leads engagements in technical terms, drives project decisions and is the key customer contact throughout complex projects His technology focus is on mobile technologies, back end integration, end-to-end security and JEE, with research interest in innovation management.
