In session DEC-1553, held May 18 from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m., you’ll learn how to get rid of your company’s paper and web forms and streamline business processes using IBM MobileFirst solutions. This tool and other IBM wares allow you to capture data offline, handle multiple stages in workflow, scan with cameras and more. With these solutions in your toolbox, you’ll be able to improve customer service, adhere to business processes more closely and create a better customer experience with mobile forms.

3. Content Marketing in the Mobile Moment

Session MMO-1161 will be held on May 17 from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. In this session, you’ll consider the following question: What does content marketing have to do to keep a customer’s attention in this mobile world? 5. Design Memorable, Relevant Mobile Experiences Your Customers Will Love

DBV-1886 is a brief session, held on May 17 from 6 to 6:20 p.m., that will explain how brands can turn on the cloud within their mobile applications to really juice up the mobile experience.
