Rosalind Radcliffe is an IBM Distinguished Engineer responsible for DevOps for Enterprise Systems. She drives the product direction in support of DevOps practices and helps clients with understanding how z/OS can be part of their DevOps transformation. This includes products such as Rational Team Concert, UrbanCode Deploy and IBM Developer for z Systems along with others. During her 30 years at IBM she has worked in development, services, systems management, the field, Industry standards and user interface design. Her roles have had her spend time with many of the large enterprises and some not so large to gain understanding of actual client deployments and business challenges.
